The base price reflects the complexity of each case and the type of anesthesia. Adjuvant procedures performed alongside your facelift — such as fat grafting, liposuction, lip lift, and buccal fat removal — carry an additional charge for each. Your exact quote is determined during consultation.

Surgeon’s fee
Dr. Huq personally leads every surgery — he is the operating surgeon on every case, assisted by his team of registered nurses, surgical assistants, and assistant surgeons. You are not quoted for one surgeon and operated on by another.
Accredited facility fee
Your procedure is performed in NPSC’s private, CPSO- and Accreditation Canada-accredited facility, with a published infection rate of less than 1% across more than 2,800 in-office surgeries.
Anesthesia
Whether local anesthesia, TIVA (twilight sedation), or general anesthesia with a Canadian board-certified FRCPC physician anesthesiologist.
All follow-up appointments
Post-operative care with Dr. Huq and his team, including Vikki’s after-hours email availability. No hidden fees, no surprise invoices.

Dr. Huq is triple board-certified (FRCSC, ABPS, FACS), has performed approximately 1,000 facelift and neck lift procedures, holds a 23-year academic appointment at McMaster, and has published a less than 1% infection rate. What drives your final price
Base procedure. A deep plane facelift starts at $20,000. The base reflects the complexity of your case and the anesthesia type.
Adjuvant procedures. Procedures performed alongside your facelift — such as fat grafting, liposuction, lip lift, and buccal fat removal — carry an additional charge for each. A neck lift or blepharoplasty may also be added and is quoted separately.
Anesthesia type. Local anesthesia and TIVA generally cost less than general anesthesia. Individual anatomy. Every face is different — the degree of correction, tissue quality, and surgical plan all influence the final quote. There are no generic prices, only personalized plans.
Deposit structure and payment timeline
A $500 non-refundable deposit secures your surgery date and is applied toward the total procedure cost. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your procedure. All surgical procedures must be paid in full prior to treatment.
Flexible payment plans
NPSC offers flexible payment plans — biweekly or monthly payments made prior to your procedure, with no interest and no administration fees. There is no third-party financing partner; this is a direct arrangement between you and the clinic, designed to make the investment manageable without adding cost.
Thinking about cost as an investment
Unlike fillers (maintenance every 6–18 months) or Botox (every 3–4 months), a deep plane facelift produces results that typically last 10 to 15 years. For patients experiencing moderate to significant facial aging, the long-term value is difficult to match. For those not yet candidates, dermal fillers and Profound RF can be effective interim measures.
