You Receive Is the Number You Pay.
Every surgical quote from Dr. Huq includes the surgeon’s fee, the accredited facility fee (CPSO and Accreditation Canada), anesthesia (local, TIVA, or general with a Canadian board-certified FRCPC physician anesthesiologist), and all follow-up appointments. There are no additional charges for follow-up visits, post-operative support, or routine care related to your procedure. The only exception: compression stockings, which are usually covered by private insurance.

Cancellation policy: If you cancel with less than two business days’ notice, a 50% refund on the remaining balance applies. The $500 deposit is non-refundable. We request 24 business hours’ notice for any cancellations.

Breast reduction — OHIP may cover
With a referral, OHIP may cover breast reduction. The liposuction component ($4,000–$5,000) is not covered by OHIP.
Botox — medical indications
Botox for hyperhidrosis, migraines, and TMJ may be partially covered by private insurance with a referral from your physician.
Cosmetic procedures — not covered
Most cosmetic procedures are not covered by insurance. Dr. Huq does not offer OHIP-covered post-bariatric body contouring — all body contouring is private-pay.
