Mommy Makeover —
One Surgery. One Recovery.

Pregnancy changes the body in ways no amount of diet and exercise can fully reverse. A mommy makeover addresses all of those changes in a single surgery — customized to your specific concerns — so you heal once and return to your life with a body that feels like yours again.

Everything to Your Family. This Is for You.

A mommy makeover is not a single procedure. It is a personalized combination performed together in one session, tailored to the specific changes pregnancy has caused in your body. There is no standard mommy makeover — every plan is built around your anatomy and your goals.

The Typical Combination

Three Procedures,
One Session.

Tummy Tuck

Removes excess abdominal skin, repairs separated muscles (diastasis recti), and creates a flat, firm abdomen.

Breast Lift or Reduction

Raises and reshapes breasts that have lost volume and descended after breastfeeding — or reduces and lightens them if they have become too large. The implant-free Bellesoma Method can add fullness using your own tissue, with no breast implants.

Liposuction

Removes stubborn fat deposits from the flanks, hips, thighs, or other areas that did not resolve after pregnancy.

The Single-Session Advantage

Heal Once.
Plan Together.

One recovery period. Instead of recovering from three separate surgeries at three different times, you heal from everything at once — typically two to three weeks off work, the same as a tummy tuck alone.

One anesthesia event. Each anesthesia is a separate risk exposure. Combining procedures into one session means one exposure rather than three. Cost efficiency follows naturally — facility fee, anesthesia, and overhead are shared across all procedures.

Are You a Candidate?

Timing
Matters.

Ideal candidates have finished having children (future pregnancy can undo the results), are at or near a stable, healthy weight, are in good overall health, and have realistic expectations. Two to three weeks of limited activity should be arranged in advance — particularly childcare.

Dr. Huq recommends waiting at least six months after your last pregnancy and three months after stopping breastfeeding before considering surgery. This allows your body to stabilize and ensures the most accurate assessment of what needs correction.

Recovery timeline
Week 1 — most restricted

Assistance at home is essential, particularly with young children. Walking is encouraged but lifting is restricted. Pain is managed with prescribed medication.

Weeks 2–3 — gradual improvement

Most patients feel significantly better by the end of week two. Light activities resume. Many return to desk work if childcare is arranged.

Weeks 4–6 — new contour emerges

Swelling continues to resolve. Physical activity is gradually reintroduced. The body begins to reveal its new contour.

Months 3–6 — final results

Final results become apparent. Scars mature over the following 12 to 18 months.
