Where Your Safety Is
Built Into Every Detail.
The quality of your result depends not only on the surgeon’s hands but on the environment in which the surgery is performed. Every element of our standalone surgical centre — from accreditation and equipment to staffing and emergency preparedness — is designed to meet or exceed the highest regulatory standards.

Two Standards,
Both Met.
Niagara Plastic Surgery Centre is accredited by both the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) and Accreditation Canada — the two most important regulatory bodies for out-of-hospital surgical facilities in the province.
CPSO accreditation requires regular inspections of equipment, safety protocols, infection control, anesthesia standards, and emergency preparedness. Accreditation Canada adds a layer focused on quality improvement, patient-safety culture, and national healthcare standards. Meeting both is the foundation of everything we do.
Equipped,
Staffed, Prepared.
Published safety record
Dr. Huq’s published infection rate is less than 1% across more than 2,800 in-office surgeries (Canadian Plastic Surgery, 2024). All clinical staff maintain annual CPR certification; nursing staff maintain CME and ACLS certifications annually.
Board-certified anesthesiologists
All general anesthesia is managed by Canadian board-certified FRCPC physician anesthesiologists — fully trained medical doctors with specialized anesthesia certification. We do not use nurse anesthetists. Many procedures are also offered under local anesthesia or TIVA.
Emergency preparedness
Fully equipped with emergency resuscitation equipment, including a crash cart. When general anesthesia is performed, dantrolene is on site. Our equipment meets or exceeds CPSO standards for out-of-hospital surgical premises.
Hospital half a block away
Greater Niagara General Hospital is half a block from our clinic — an emergency safety net virtually unmatched by standalone facilities. Dr. Huq holds active privileges at Niagara Health System sites.
Discretion,
Built In.
Our facility was designed with discretion in mind. There is a private rear entrance so cosmetic patients can enter and exit through a dedicated door, separate from the main entrance, and a second-floor private waiting area — you will never share a waiting room with patients from other practices.
Clinical photography is strictly opt-in. Standardized photographs are taken for your medical record; any use on the website or social media requires your written consent.
Patient comfort
Your experience extends beyond the operating room: complimentary on-site parking (no meters, no garages, no downtown traffic), guest WiFi throughout the facility, and refreshments — water, coffee, tea, and juice — available on request. You are welcome to bring one partner, family member, or friend to your consultation.
Location & accessibility
Suite 1, 5668 Main Street, Niagara Falls, Ontario L2G 5Z4 — on Main Street between North and Summer Streets, easily accessible from Highway 420 and the QEW. The Main Street Transit Hub provides public-transit access.
Please note the facility is not fully wheelchair accessible. If you have mobility concerns, call ahead so we can make appropriate arrangements.
